At I-Con Sports (International Sports Connection), sport is our means to succeed in life. Our mission is to assist young athletes to develop and find the best outcome at any stage of their athletic career.
I-Con Sports consists of three separate divisions that work closely together to deliver a very high quality service.
Through the College Recruiting Division, I-Con Sports first started to assist student-athletes with a very competitive level to foster their athletic career and future through scholarships in U.S. Universities. The founders of I-Con Sports, Alexandra Costa (Spain) and Marc Becker (Germany), who have experienced and enjoyed this tremendous opportunity first hand, wanted to pass on this opportunity to potential student athletes as they firmly believe this a solid path to succeed in sports and in life. After a growing success with athletes from Spain, soon athletes from other countries in Europe (France, Estonia, England, Germany…) and Asia (India, Thailand…) have contacted I-Con Sports to pursue the same career opportunity and receive the same level of achievement. Founded in 2003, I-Con Sports has grown into a global operation.
Because of a growing demand of college and club teams inquiring about Spain on tour trip destination, I-Con Sports’ College and Club Tours Division has partnered with high qualified experts in tour trips in order to service the best trips in Spain. Because the founders of I-Con Sports and its staff have gone through the U.S. College team experience, we understand the specific needs and goals of college teams and we know how to create the right balance of competition, training, sightseeing and other activities to make the trip really improve the team’s performance as well as to create for them a lifelong experience.
Last but not least, I-Con Sports assists professional athletes in finding financial funds to support their hard profession. World renowned tennis players such as Albert Montañes and Lourdes Dominguez have trusted in our services for the past years.
Looking at the future, I-Con Sports is open to offer new services as long as they are loyal to our mission of helping athletes and to have a positive impact in their sports performance and in their lives.
